Publication Milestone: Actileucel First-in-Human Results Published in Transplantation and Cellular Therapy
We’re excited to share that our manuscript on Actileucel has been published in Transplantation and Cellular Therapy! This first-in-human Phase I/II study evaluated activated third-party regulatory T cells (Tregs) as a strategy to prevent severe acute graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) after allogeneic stem cell transplantation – one of the most serious complications patients face on the road to recovery.
Unlike matched-donor approaches, our activated allogeneic Treg strategy is designed to be available ultrafast without expansion, broadening its potential reach to patients regardless of donor match. The published data reflect years of translational work — from early Treg biology research through GMP-compliant manufacturing and into the clinic.
This publication marks an important milestone for our ATreg platform, and we’re looking forward to building on it.
