ActiTrexx GmbH is pleased to announce the publication of two new international patent applications in the field of innovative combination therapies for autoimmune diseases, based on the company’s new development candidate, ATX-003.
WO 2026/190366 A1 relates to an NBE-based combination therapy comprising ATX-003 as a CD4-targeting activator of regulatory T cells (Tregs), in combination with an immunomodulatory agent.
WO 2026/190367 A1 concerns a cellular combination therapy comprising isolated, ATX-003-activated regulatory T cells (activated Tregs), in combination with an immunomodulatory agent.
Both patent applications describe pharmaceutical combination approaches comprising either the immunoregulatory agent ATX-003 or ATX-003-activated Tregs, in combination with an immunomodulatory agent, with the aim of improving the treatment of autoimmune diseases. The applications were filed by ActiTrexx GmbH and published internationally on 17 September 2026.
These publications further strengthen ActiTrexx GmbH’s intellectual property portfolio and support the continued development of ATX-003 as a novel CD4-targeting Treg activator for combination therapies in autoimmune diseases.
